Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with health care program policy and claims billing systems procedures.
• Knowledge of health care provider information needs and business practices.
• Experience providing training, facilitating group presentations or similar demonstrations.
• Technical aptitude using video communication software like Webex or MS Teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop expertise on MHCP provider types and maintain DHS staff networks.
• Coordinate MHCP information into DHS resources for providers.
• Plan and conduct workshops/seminars for MHCP providers and internal staff.
• Assist in analysis tasks to ensure DHS/MHCP systems meet user needs and are well-documented.
• Represent DHS/MHCP in local industry initiatives and committees.
