Job summary

HealthPartners is seeking a Mental Health Practitioner to join the RHSC Community Support Programs in the St. Paul and Maplewood area. You will work under supervision to provide rehabilitative mental health services, support a safe environment, and contribute to treatment plans.

The role requires a master's degree in behavioral sciences or related field, plus licensure or certification in medication administration, with potential shift coverage at multiple RHSC residential programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must meet one of the following qualifications: 4,000 hours in delivering services to individuals with mental illness or substance use disorder; or 30 semester hours in behavioral sciences with at least 2,000 hours in relevant services.
• Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related field.
• Current Medication Administration Certification or will complete required training within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitative mental health services as identified in the recipient's individual treatment plan.
• Maintain safety and welfare of program residents during assigned shift.
• Communicate with team and participate in clinical supervision and required trainings.
• Assist with crisis interventions, case management, and documentation in EMR notes.
