Job summary

The State of Minnesota is seeking a Supervisor, Family Health Benefit Policy and Programs in St. Paul.

This role oversees the health improvement and benefit design division's family health benefit policy work and manages staff of five direct reports to advance MHCP outcomes. You will align policies with federal/state requirements, coordinate with PHI and other HIBD colleagues, and lead in creating equitable, data-informed programs for perinatal, pediatric, and adolescent health within MHCP.

Qualifications

• Four (4) years of experience with Medicaid health policy, benefits, or health care delivery, especially maternal, child, or reproductive health.
• Knowledge of Medicaid fee-for-service and managed care and their impact on policy and operations.
• Experience with grant/contract administration, financial accountability, data integrity, and performance monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative supervision of the Health Improvement Benefit Design division's family health programs and staff (five direct reports).
• Develop and integrate policy and program activities to improve MHCP outcomes for perinatal, infant, child, and adolescent populations.
• Coordinate with PHI and HIBD teams to ensure alignment with division goals and federal/state requirements.
