Minnesota Department of Human Services seeks a Supervisor, Family Health Benefit Policy and Programs to lead policy development and program operations for MHCP-related family health initiatives. The role focuses on perinatal health, child health services, and EPSDT, directing staff and coordinating with the PHI Manager to ensure integrated, compliant program delivery.

• Four (4) years experience working with Medicaid health policy, benefits, or health care delivery systems particularly maternal, child, or reproductive health.
• Knowledge of Medicaid fee-for-service and managed care arrangements and their implications for family health benefit policy and program operations.
• Knowledge of state and federal requirements for grant and contract administration, financial accountability, data integrity, and performance monitoring.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the health improvement and benefit design division's family health benefit policies and programs, ensuring alignment with PHI and division goals.
• Lead staff management including hiring, coaching, performance reviews, and development for主 five direct reports.
• Coordinate with PHI Manager and other HIBD teams to integrate family health policy work with Medicaid coverage policy activities.
