Qualifications

• BS in Industrial Engineering or related engineering discipline.
• 3+ years in a manufacturing environment with design, plant layout, workflow optimization, and operational support.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and process simulation software.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, data analysis, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel ~50%.

Responsibilities

• Analyze workflows, production schedules, and processes to identify inefficiencies.
• Collaborate with Project Manager, contractors, local operations staff, and/or suppliers on equipment supply, installation & upgrades, as well as improvements on older equipment.
• Design efficient floor plans and facility layouts using CAD or simulation software.
• Conduct time and motion studies to establish accurate labor standards.
• Implement Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives to reduce waste.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and management to present data-driven recommendations.
• Evaluate equipment performance and collaborate with maintenance teams to improve machine reliability.
• Perform other duties as assigned or changes as needed.
