Qualifications

• BS in Industrial Engineering or related engineering discipline.
• 3+ years in a manufacturing environment with plant layout development and workflow optimization.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and process simulation software.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, data analysis, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel approximately 50%.

Responsibilities

• Analyze workflows, production schedules, and processes to find inefficiencies.
• Design efficient floor plans and facility layouts using CAD or simulation software.
• Conduct time and motion studies to establish accurate labor standards.
• Implement Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives to reduce waste.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to present data-driven recommendations.
• Evaluate equipment performance and coordinate with maintenance to improve reliability.
