Clients Blackbox is a performance marketing agency specializing in Meta advertising for Registered Investment Advisors. We help financial advisors grow their practices by generating qualified appointments with high-net-worth prospects and manage campaigns to maximize ROI.

This hands-on role owns client portfolios from strategy through execution, coordinating calls, reporting, and optimization. You will be the primary contact for clients and report to the Associate Director of Operations,

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on paid media experience with Meta advertising.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and client-facing conversations.
• Proven ability to meet performance targets while supporting retention.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and be the primary contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls on performance and strategy.
• Prepare and send performance reports 24 hours before calls.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations for non-technical clients.
• Build client relationships to support retention and referrals.
• Solve account issues to support growth.
• Build, launch, optimize Meta campaigns for lead gen and appointments.
• Manage budgets, targeting, bid strategies, testing, and campaign variables.
• Monitor performance daily and adjust based on CPA and metrics.
• Diagnose underperforming campaigns and improve results.
• Test audiences and creative for stronger performance.
• Contribute to ad copy and campaign messaging.
• Set up and troubleshoot tracking, Meta pixels, and events.
• Configure Calendly, Zapier automations, and lead-routing workflows.
• Resolve technical issues between platforms and client systems.
• Monitor tracking and lead flow to prevent issues.
