Paleovalley and Wild Pastures is seeking a seasoned Meta Media Buyer to own Wild Pastures' paid social growth on Facebook and Instagram. You will strategize, execute, optimize, and scale campaigns for a subscription-based e-commerce model, delivering profitable customer acquisition.

You will collaborate with a creative team to develop high-performing ads, test structured roadmaps, and focus on long-term profitability with strong analytical rigor and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Three+ years hands-on Meta ads for subscription brands.
• Proven ability to acquire customers profitably with CAC, LTV, retention.
• Track record of scaling campaigns with meaningful budgets.
• Experience owning a Meta account end-to-end.
• Strong analytical skills and curiosity for solving performance problems.
• Understanding metrics and how they drive business growth.
• Experience with subscription metrics and long-term profitability.
• Familiar with analytics platforms beyond Ads Manager (GA4, Haus, Mixpanel).
• Creative instincts to guide direct-response advertising.
• Ability to translate insights into actionable creative feedback.
• Experience briefing and iterating with creative teams.

Responsibilities

• Own Meta as a growth channel across Facebook and Instagram; manage strategy, structure, budget, optimization, and scaling.
• Drive profitable growth for a subscription business; track ROAS, MER, nCAC, CPA, LTV, payback.
• Design and execute testing roadmaps across creative, offers, landing pages, campaigns, and bidding.
• Own platform creative strategy; translate performance insights into new concepts.
• Brief and guide creative development with strategists and editors to improve performance.
• Translate performance insights into creative direction and messaging decisions.
• Monitor daily performance; identify trends, root causes, and communicate risks/opportunities.
• Stay updated on Meta changes, measurement, attribution best practices, and trends.
