Flapen is hiring a Paid Social Buyer to lead off-channel growth across a portfolio of established Amazon brands. You’ll build Meta and Instagram campaigns from scratch, allocate budgets weekly, and drive revenue beyond the listings.

The role requires 3+ years managing Meta/Instagram ads for consumer products, plus expertise in attribution and testing. This is a fully remote, async role with a strong focus on measurable MER growth across brands.

Qualifications

• 3+ years buying Meta and Instagram ads for physical consumer products.
• Experience taking a brand from zero to profitable spend >$10,000/month.

Responsibilities

• Build Meta and Instagram ads for multiple brands from near zero to traction.
• Decide which brand gets the next dollar and reallocate weekly with rationale.
• Create a testing system: define angles, audiences, offers and landing pages with hypotheses.
• Replicate winning approaches across other brands within the same week.
• Brief creatives on hooks, formats, and angles and approve assets before spend.
• Set up tracking for sales on Amazon where Meta visibility is limited.
• Provide weekly reports on blended MER and changes made.
