Paleovalley & Wild Pastures is seeking an experienced Meta Media Buyer to own Wild Pastures’ paid social growth on Facebook and Instagram. You’ll lead strategy, execution, and scaling for a subscription e-commerce brand, collaborating with the creative team to connect acquisition to retention and LTV.

You’ll manage 3+ years of Meta buying experience, handle substantial ad spend, and optimize for payback, with a focus on customer quality and long-term profitability.

Qualificações

• 3+ years hands-on Meta buying for DTC e‑commerce or direct‑response brands.
• Personally managed around $300,000+ per month in Meta ad spend.
• Demonstrated success acquiring customers profitably with CAC, LTV, retention, churn, and payback knowledge.
• Proven track record of scaling profitable campaigns while managing meaningful ad budgets.
• Experience owning a Meta account end-to-end from strategy through execution and optimisation.
• Strong analytical skills and genuine curiosity for solving performance problems.
• Understanding of performance marketing metrics and how they connect to growth.
• Experience optimising for customer quality and long‑term profitability.

Responsabilidades

• Own Meta growth for Wild Pastures across Facebook and Instagram, including strategy, structure, budget, optimisation, and scaling.
• Drive profitable subscription growth using CAC, ROAS, MER, CPA, LTV and payback while considering retention and quality.
• Design/testing roadmaps for creative, offers, landing pages, campaigns, and bidding strategies.
• Own platform creative strategy using performance insights to guide concepts.
• Brief and guide creative development with the team to improve performance.
• Translate performance insights into creative direction and messaging improvements.
• Monitor daily performance, identify trends, investigate root causes, and flag risks/opportunities.
• Stay updated on Meta changes, measurement, attribution best practices, and direct-response trends.
• Ensure truthful, compliant advertising and protect account health.
