Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Paid Media Strategist / Account Strategist to own a portfolio of client campaigns on Meta, drive performance, and maintain strong client relationships.

You will lead client calls, translate data into actionable recommendations, and collaborate with the team to meet growth targets. The role emphasizes hands-on strategy, campaign management, and thorough tracking to ensure client success and retention.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience focusing on Meta advertising.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing conversations.
• Proven ability to reach defined performance targets while supporting client retention.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance and strategy.
• Prepare and send performance reports at least 24 hours before calls.
• Translate campaign data into actionable recommendations for non-technical clients.
• Build client relationships to support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Set up and optimize Meta campaigns for lead generation and appointment bookings.
• Set up tracking, Meta pixels, and conversion events.
• Configure Calendly integrations, Zapier automations, and lead-routing workflows.
• Resolve technical issues between ad platforms and client systems.
• Proactively monitor tracking and lead flow to prevent issues.
