Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Paid Media Strategist to own a portfolio of client accounts from strategy to execution. You will lead bi-weekly calls, optimize Meta campaigns, and translate data into actionable guidance for non-technical clients.

Reporting to the Associate Director of Operations, you’ll drive results, maintain strong client relationships, and contribute to the growth and retention of high-value accounts across the US market.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience with focus on Meta advertising
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing conversations
• Proven ability to manage campaigns toward defined performance targets while supporting client retention
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, priorities, and next steps
• Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports at least 24 hours before scheduled calls
• Translate campaign data into actionable recommendations for non-technical clients
• Build strong client relationships that support retention, renewals, and referrals
• Solve account issues proactively to support stability and growth
• Build, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment booking
• Manage budgets, audience targeting, bid strategies, creative testing, and campaign variables
• Monitor performance daily and adjust based on cost-per-appointment and other metrics
• Diagnose underperforming campaigns and develop strategies to improve results
• Test audiences, messaging, and creative to identify opportunities for stronger performance
• Contribute to ad copy and campaign messaging
• Set up and troubleshoot tracking, Meta pixels, and conversion events
• Configure Calendly integrations, Zapier automations, and lead-routing workflows
• Resolve technical issues between advertising platforms and client systems
• Proactively monitor tracking and lead flow to prevent issues
