Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Paid Media Strategist / Account Strategist to own client accounts from strategy to execution. You will manage Meta campaigns, lead bi-weekly client calls, and translate data into actionable recommendations for high-net-worth prospects.

The role reports to the Associate Director of Operations and emphasizes client relationships, retention, and growth through performance-driven campaigns and precise tracking across multiple accounts.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience with a strong focus on Meta advertising.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing conversations.
• Ability to steer campaigns toward defined performance targets while supporting retention.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts; be the primary client contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls; present performance, strategy, and next steps.
• Prepare and send performance reports 24 hours before calls.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations for non-technical clients.
• Build client relationships to support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Manage Meta campaigns for lead generation and appointment booking.
• Monitor budgets, targeting, bid strategies, and creative testing.
• Diagnose underperforming campaigns and develop improvement strategies.
• Set up tracking, pixels, conversions; configure Calendly and Zapier workflows.
• Troubleshoot cross-platform issues and monitor lead flow to protect results.
