Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Paid Media Strategist / Account Strategist to own client accounts from strategy through execution. You will manage Meta campaigns, lead client calls, and translate data into actionable recommendations for financial advisor clients.

You'll report to the Associate Director of Operations and be accountable for results, retention, and growth, coordinating tracking, Calendly/Zapier workflows, and performance reporting across a growing portfolio.

Formación

• 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience with a strong focus on Meta advertising.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing conversations.
• Proven ability to manage campaigns toward defined performance targets while supporting client retention.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls and prepare performance reports.
• Build, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns focused on lead generation.
• Monitor performance and adjust based on cost-per-appointment and other metrics.
• Set up tracking, pixels, and conversion events; configure Calendly integrations and Zapier workflows.
• Troubleshoot issues between advertising platforms and client systems.
