Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Paid Media Strategist / Account Strategist to own client accounts from strategy through execution. Youll lead bi-weekly client calls, manage Meta campaigns for lead generation and appointment bookings, and ensure tracking and integrations are running smoothly.

This role reports to the Associate Director of Operations and focuses on client results, retention, and growth. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in paid media, strong Meta experience, and excellent

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience with a strong focus on Meta advertising.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing conversations.
• Proven ability to drive campaigns toward defined performance targets while supporting retention.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, priorities, and next steps.
• Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports 24 hours before scheduled calls.
• Translate campaign data into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical clients.
• Build client relationships to support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Build, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment booking.
• Monitor budgets, targeting, bid strategies, creative testing, and campaign variables.
• Diagnose underperforming campaigns and develop improvement strategies.
• Configure tracking, pixels, and lead-routing workflows.
