Job summary

Pratt & Whitney is seeking a highly skilled Functional Analyst to design, develop, and implement software solutions within our MES Center of Excellence, supporting manufacturing execution and SAP ERP integrations. This remote role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and addressing system integration challenges.

You will bridge business processes and MES capabilities, author functional specs, troubleshoot issues, and help drive the MES roadmap across sites worldwide, with up to 10%

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years or Advanced Degree with 5+ years of experience in CS, MIS, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• U.S. Citizenship is required due to government contractual requirements.

Responsibilities

• Bridge gaps between business processes and MES functionality.
• Translate customer requirements into a solution design.
• Author functional specifications and test plans.
• Troubleshoot business processes against system capabilities.
• Engage with DevOps solution management and provide status updates.
• Manage multiple projects with gating and reporting processes.
• Support MES solutions end-to-end including integration with SAP ERP and other enterprise systems.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
