U.S. Bank is seeking a remote field-based sales professional based in the San Francisco Bay Area to develop and grow profitable client relationships. You will travel to meet clients, understand their needs, and present tailored banking solutions to drive revenue and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of sales experience, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and fluency in Mandarin. Cantonese is a plus, with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Two to three years of relevant sales experience.
• Ability to travel.
• Fluent Mandarin; Cantonese language capability is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of product marketing, client service issues and organization operations.
• Strong marketing, business development/sales and negotiating skills.
• Ability to creatively resolve client concerns and issues.
• Basic problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop profitable new business account relationships and increase profitability from existing accounts.
• Identify business opportunities based on knowledge of clients, markets, products, and services.
• Make sales presentations to existing and prospective clients informing them of the benefits of using the organization's products and services to meet their needs.
• Implement and maintain an effective referral network and call program to promote sales.
