Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in partner support, account management, or customer success.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison for partner inquiries and support needs with proactive outreach.
• Guide merchants on account submissions, onboarding, pricing, equipment, and programs.
• Coordinate with underwriting to facilitate merchant approvals and resolve outstanding requirements.
• Monitor application status and communicate updates to partners throughout the process.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and maintain records.
