Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years Merchandising Execution Management experience; retail or vendor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandising strategies for categories; manage assortment, costs, promos, and shelf allocation.
• Mentor Merch Execution managers; drive department initiatives and cross-team collaboration.
• Oversee vendor relationships, funding, and communications to drive sales and margins.
• Coordinate with sales and procurement to meet service level requirements and forecast demand.
• Lead promotional planning, price negotiation, and post-promo analysis.
