Job summary

United Natural Foods, Inc. seeks a Retail Merchandising Representative to oversee merchandising projects in Green Bay, Appleton, WI and surrounding areas. You will manage UNFI Shelf Services staff, vendors, brokers, and in-store programs to ensure timely execution of resets, store setups, and ad hoc initiatives.

Role requires strong customer service, planogram expertise, and leadership. Travel up to 95% is expected; a valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 40 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• High School graduate required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Food-related product experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Interact face to face with retailers to determine reset projects and create daily project plans.
• Supervise 3rd party and retail merchandising staff in planogram implementation.
• Lead project teams to maximize profitability and monitor territory P&L.
• Conduct regular retailer visits to evaluate program effectiveness and influence assortments.
