Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related area preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Auto Insurance levels that meet UNFI requirements.

Responsibilities

• Directs daily activities of field merchandising teams and coordinates resources.
• Builds and mentors a high-performing team and recruits/train team members.
• Maintains customer satisfaction through regular communication with managers and account teams.
• Oversees major merchandising projects, store layout reviews and reset planning.
• Serves as primary contact for customers and merchandising initiatives.
