A technology solutions company is seeking a skilled Cisco Meraki Technician to design, deploy, and maintain cloud-managed network infrastructures. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring and managing the Meraki Dashboard, troubleshooting network issues, and collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure optimal network performance. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki systems, strong networking knowledge, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki systems and the Meraki Dashboard.
• Strong understanding of network design principles, wired and wireless networking, and protocols.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues.
• Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams.

Responsibilities

• Implement and deploy Meraki wireless, switching, and security solutions.
• Configure and manage the Meraki Dashboard for monitoring devices.
• Diagnose and resolve network connectivity and performance issues.
• Provide technical assistance to end-users and clients.
• Conduct regular maintenance of network infrastructures.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and customers.
• Implement and manage firewalls, VLANs, and VPNs.
