Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field and have at least 3 years of experience in mechanical or related estimating. The position offers a competitive salary range of $130,000 to $190,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of related experience or equivalent education.
• Ability to collaborate with vendors and project team members.
• Supervisory experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates based on project design documents.
• Communicate scopes of work with staff and stakeholders.
• Analyze contract documents to determine necessary scope.
• Develop relationships with suppliers for accurate pricing.
• Perform constructability analysis of project documents.
