Job summary

DLB Associates is seeking an Assistant Project Manager (MEP Design) to support project delivery from inception to closeout. You will coordinate schedules, manage documentation, and interface with owners, designers, and contractors on commercial and mission-critical environments.

You will assist with Revit tasks, prepare updates, and help ensure on-time, on-budget deliverables while leveraging AI-enabled tools and a remote-friendly workflow.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in engineering, construction, or related discipline.
• Minimum three years of MEP consulting experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Project Manager to oversee project schedules, milestones, and workflow.
• Liaise between internal teams, clients, and contractors to facilitate communication and resolve issues.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure stakeholders have access to current information.
• Assist with Revit tasks, including creating, editing, and maintaining design models and drawings.
• Prepare meeting agendas, notes, and action item summaries with deadlines.
• Identify risks and bottlenecks and suggest process improvements to keep projects on track.
• Build relationships with clients, contractors, and vendors to promote collaboration.
• Perform quality checks on documentation and reports; assist with status updates.
