Job summary

Greater Cincinnati BOMA seeks an experienced MEP Coordination Program Manager to support new construction and special programs across North America. The role is remote, working across central, eastern, and mountain time zones, coordinating with Design & Construction, General Contractors, OEMs, and site teams to ensure seamless EBMS integration and commissioning.

You will manage MEP workstreams from due diligence through deployment, resolve delays and RFIs, and ensure BMS scope aligns with design

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• 5+ years as an MEP Coordinator, MEP Superintendent, or equivalent.
• Experience with project management and AI tools.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of construction specs (Div 00, 21, 23, 25, 26).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain site-level tracking across portfolio of concurrent projects at various construction phases.
• Manage MEP workstreams from due diligence through deployment.
• Collaborate with D&C Pre-Construction and Construction Managers.
• Resolve MEP-related delays, escalations, and RFIs.
• Ensure compliance with applicable DCIs and quality standards including Commissioning (Cx agents).
• Verify ECM sequences are setup for new launches.
• Deliver MEP systems on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with subcontracts, GCs, CMs and other stakeholders to align BMS scope with design intent.
• Serve as primary point of contact for EBMS integration.
• Coordinate BMS network and site connectivity readiness with IT and GC ahead of startup.
• Identify and elevate site-level risks before launch dates.
• Document and standardize EBMS workflows for scalability.
