Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Subject Matter Expert in Construction Management & EBMS to support our client’s GBDR BD&E. The role requires coordinating across North America and occasionally Europe, with remote candidates considered.

The SME will drive EBMS program delivery, portfolio updates, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in building management systems, PM software, and cross-time-zone leadership, with emphasis on standards and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Completed bachelor’s degree in architecture or engineering (required).
• 7 years’ experience in Building Management Systems and related fields.
• Proficiency with project/program management tracking software (e.g. SmartSheets, Asana, QuickSight, MS Project).

Responsibilities

• Update weekly EBMS Retrofit Portfolio, NCPortfolio, Asana workflows and narrative updates.
• Smartsheet Construction Schedule Gantts; Program Cost Controls (PCC).
• Assist on MBRs to stakeholders.
• Assist on annual EBMS Summit events and EBMS white papers.
• Assist on Energy Rebate Applications; Green Lease Program applications.
• Assist on NA LATAM EBMS Operations, Adoption & Deployment.
• Verify ECM-1, ECM-2, ECM-3 setup on new EBMS launches.
• Ensure EBMS retrofit launches are on-time and on-budget.
