Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Construction Management & EBMS to support our Global Building Design Risk & Recovery Building Design & Engineering team. The role is based in North America with flexibility across PT, MT, CT or ET time zones; occasional coordination with European time zones; remote candidates will be considered.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in architecture or engineering is required.
Experience with Building Management Systems (EBMS) and cross‑functional program delivery.
Proficiency with project management tools (SmartSheets, Asana, Power BI, MS Project).

Responsibilities

Update EBMS portfolios, NCPortfolio and Asana workflows weekly.
Manage Smartsheet construction schedules and PCC cost controls.
Support MBRs to stakeholders and EBMS Summit activities.
Ensure ECM-1, ECM-2 and ECM-3 setup on every EBMS launch.
Oversee retrofits installations as part of the EBMS program.
