Job summary

Optum Behavioral Care is seeking compassionate therapists to deliver virtual behavioral health services to a broad U.S. client base.

This role supports patients using evidence-based practices, with flexible remote work and collaboration with clinical supervisors. Requirements include a Master's in psychology, social work, or a related field, active Montana licensure (LCSW/LMHC/LMFT), and a commitment of 15–19 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field.
• Current, active and unrestricted license in the state of Montana (LCSW/LMHC/LMFT or state equivalents).
• Able to maintain 15–19 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Deliver remote measurement informed care through evidence-based models of treatment.
• Monitor participant progress, provide follow-up communications and care coordination recommendations.
• Document session notes and coordinate care with the team.
• Identify and respond to high-risk encounters following company protocols.
• Participate in meetings, training sessions, and Town Halls.
