Optum Behavioral Care is hiring compassionate therapists to deliver remote behavioral health services across the U.S. You will work as part of a care team, using evidence-based practices to help patients live healthier lives.

This role is remote anywhere in the United States, with a weekly commitment of 15–19 hours. You’ll collaborate with clinical supervisors and wellness coaches while maintaining strict confidentiality and HIPAA standards.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related field.
• Active and unrestricted Montana license: LCSW/LMHC/LMFT.
• Part-time commitment: 15–19 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Deliver remote measurement informed care through evidence-based models of treatment.
• Monitor participant progress, provide follow-up communications and care coordination notes.
• Assist participants with accessing resources and obtain consent/authorization forms.
• Identify and respond to high-risk encounters following company protocols.
• Attend supervisor meetings, trainings, and Town Halls.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and complete annual training requirements.

Education

Master's Degree in psychology, social work, or related counseling field

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
