OptumCare seeks compassionate therapists to deliver virtual behavioral health services across the U.S. You will provide evidence-based, remote care, monitor progress, and coordinate follow-up with participants.

Work alongside a supportive care team and clinical supervisors to ensure access to resources and patient consent. Role requires a Master's in a relevant field and active Montana licenses (LCSW/LMHC/LMFT).

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, social work or related counseling field.
• Active, unrestricted Montana license: LCSW/LMHC/LMFT or state equivalents.
• Ability to maintain a consistent 15–19 hours per week.

Responsabilités

• Deliver remote measurement informed care through evidence-based models of treatment.
• Monitor participant progress, document session notes and follow-up care coordination.
• Assist participants with accessing resources, consent and authorization forms as needed.
• Identify and respond to high-risk situations following company protocols.
• Attend regularly scheduled meetings with supervisors and training sessions.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and comply with training requirements.
