Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid license as an LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW-C in Maryland.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive mental health assessments to inform tailored interventions.
• Design and implement evidence-based treatment plans respecting cultural identity.
• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals for integrated care.
