CareMind Health P.C. is hiring full-time Psychotherapists for our virtual outpatient psychiatry practice serving Maryland, Virginia, the District of Columbia, North Carolina, and beyond.

Join a mission-driven team delivering evidence-based therapy (individual and group), using screenings such as M3, PHQ-9 and GAD-7, triaging referrals, and providing culturally competent, patient-centered care in a flexible remote work model.

Qualifications

• LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or LCPC certification is required.
• Maryland licensure in good standing is required.
• Previous clinical experience with SMI and SUD populations preferred.
• Proficiency in measurement-based care and QI in outpatient settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate outpatient psychotherapeutic services at our virtual clinic.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy, including individual and group sessions.
• Utilize screenings like M3, PHQ-9, and GAD-7; triage intake referrals.
• Foster patient-centered, culturally competent care with education and referrals.

Education

LCSW/LMFT/LMHC/LCPC certification

Maryland licensure in good standing
