Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
• Current Maryland licensure as a mental health professional (LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW-C).
• Experience conducting assessments and creating treatment plans; both individual and group therapy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for each patient.
• Develop tailored, evidence-based treatment plans (CBT, solution-focused).
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions.
• Lead psychoeducational workshops and support groups.
• Engage in crisis intervention and provide immediate support.
• Educate clients and families about mental health options and resources.
• Document interactions and progress in EHR with confidentiality.
