Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in a licensed mental health field from an accredited program.
• Current Oregon license as LMFT/LPC or LCSW.
• Understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments with cultural sensitivity and create tailored treatment plans.
• Apply evidence-based therapies in individual, family, and group sessions.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals to coordinate care.
• Provide crisis intervention and facilitate immediate access to support during emergencies.
• Educate clients and families about conditions, treatment options, and community resources.
• Maintain accurate, compliant documentation per ethical and legal requirements.
• Participate in case conferences and team meetings to enhance cultural competency.
• Stay informed about research and culturally relevant practices to improve care quality.
