Paragon Behavioral Health Center in Rockville, MD, seeks compassionate mental health counselors for full-time remote telehealth roles. You will conduct assessments, design treatment plans, and deliver CBT and other therapies to diverse clients.

Responsibilities include leading psychoeducational groups, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and providing crisis intervention while maintaining confidential documentation and professional growth.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field required.
• Maryland licensure as LCMFT/LMFT/LCPC/LCSW-C required.
• Experience with both individual and group therapy.
• Familiarity with EHR systems and telehealth platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct mental health assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions (e.g., CBT, supportive therapies) via telehealth.
• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals.
• Provide crisis intervention and patient education on diagnoses and resources.
