Charlie Health in the United States is seeking dedicated Master’s-level professionals to join the Oregon Clinical Cohort. This is a W2 role with options for full-time or part-time hours and is a fully remote telehealth position designed for clinicians specializing in high-impact group facilitation.

As a Mental Health Group Specialist, you will begin making a difference on day one, working alongside a highly skilled therapy team to deliver psychoeducation and enable meaningful, real-world change

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a mental health or related field.
• Location: must reside in and be eligible to work in Oregon.
• Experience with multiple modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI) in intensive settings.

Responsibilities

• Availability: Group Schedules (All PST).
• Deliver 28 hours of group facilitation weekly using our curriculum.
• Review curriculum prior to group start times and facilitate across age groups.
• Engagement: foster client engagement and group cohesion with camera-on culture.
• Collaboration: participate in Treatment Team meetings and supervision with leadership.
• Documentation: complete client documentation within 24 hours, per standards.
• Communication: maintain professional dialogue via email and Slack with teams.
