Job description

Overview

Why Charlie Health? Millions of people across the country are navigating mental health conditions, substance use disorders, and eating disorders, and the organization aims to remove barriers to care by delivering personalized, virtual behavioral health treatment rooted in connection.

Charlie Health exists to change that. Our mission is to connect the world to life-saving behavioral health treatment, delivering care from the comfort of home and focusing on people with complex needs to expand access and drive better outcomes.

As a rapidly growing organization, we’re building a team that defines what behavioral health treatment can look like. If you’re ready to use your skills to drive lasting change and help more people access the care they deserve, we’d love to meet you.

About The Role

We are seeking dedicated Master’s-level professionals to join our Oregon Clinical Cohort. This is a full-time (W-2), fully remote telehealth position designed for clinicians seeking expertise in high-impact group facilitation.

As a Mental Health Group Specialist, you will work with a skilled therapy team to deliver psychoeducation and enable meaningful, real-world change for clients. This role focuses on Group Mastery; you will lead transformative sessions for clients facing complex behavioral and emotional challenges while enjoying a salaried position with a fixed schedule.

Please Note: This role concentrates on psychoeducational and skill-building facilitation. If you are registered as a CSWA, such hours may be eligible toward independent licensure, at the Board of Licensed Social Workers’ discretion. For Professional Counselor Associates and MFT Associates: hours may not count toward clinical licensure in Oregon, but the position offers a premium salary and a stable career path for Master’s-level professionals or QMHPs seeking specialized experience in a high-growth clinical environment.
