Charlie Health is looking for a Mental Health Group Specialist to join our Oregon Clinical Cohort in a full-time remote telehealth role. This position requires a Master's degree in a mental health field and proficiency in treatment modalities including DBT, CBT, EMDR, and MI. Responsibilities include leading group sessions, fostering client engagement, and collaboration with clinical leadership. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in MSW, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, or related field required.
• Ability to work in intensive treatment settings with various age groups (8-64).
• Strong commitment to group-based treatment and professionalism.

Responsabilités

• Deliver 28 hours of group facilitation weekly using Charlie Health’s curriculum.
• Review and facilitate assigned curriculum across various cohorts.
• Foster client engagement and collaboration with treatment teams.
• Maintain prompt communication with staff and complete documentation diligently.
