Charlie Health, Inc. is seeking a Mental Health Group Specialist to join our Oregon Clinical Cohort in a fully remote telehealth role. You will lead group sessions, deliver psychoeducational content, and collaborate with a skilled therapy team to drive real-world client outcomes.

This position focuses on group mastery with a salaried schedule and stable hours, offering growth in a high-growth clinical environment for Master’s-level professionals or QMHPs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a mental health field (MSW, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, LMFT, etc.).
• Must reside in Oregon and be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Full-time schedule Monday-Thursday (9:00am-7:00pm PST or 10:00am-8:00pm PST).
• Various part-time schedules available Monday-Thursday or Friday-Saturday.
• Deliver 28 hours of group facilitation weekly using Charlie Health’s curriculum.
• Review assigned curriculum prior to group start times and facilitate across age groups and cohorts.
• Foster client engagement and group cohesion with a camera-on culture.
• Participate in Treatment Team meetings and Group Supervision with Clinical Leadership.
• Document all client activity within 24 hours, meeting state and accrediting standards.
• Maintain professional and prompt communication via email and Slack with therapists and staff.
