Job summary

AAA Club Alliance is hiring a Member Contact Center Sales Associate to deliver consultative, relationship-driven service. You will help members maximize value from AAA memberships while selling products and services that fit their needs, within a fast-paced remote contact center.

The role supports both full-time and part-time schedules, with training paid and a benefits package including PTO, holidays, 401(k) matching, and more. A motor club license is required to sell memberships.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–5 years of SALES experience, preferably call center or inbound experience.
• Motor Club License required for selling AAA ACA Memberships.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with members through personalized, consultative service.
• Recommend and sell AAA Memberships, travel products, financial services, and other AAA solutions.
• Assist members with questions about membership benefits, travel reservations, roadside assistance, driving school, and general inquiries.
• Deliver friendly, professional support in a fast-paced contact center environment.
• Meet or exceed sales and performance goals while delivering an exceptional member experience.
