Job summary

VMG Health is seeking a Specialist, Membership Programs to support our online membership initiatives. You will provide administrative, operational and project management assistance, deliver excellent member service, and help run our learning and enrollment processes.

Responsibilities include handling login requests, processing memberships and renewals, managing accounts, coordinating payments, producing regular reports, and supporting LMS-related tasks.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred or working equivalence.
• 4 years’ experience in operational or administrative role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain discipline and independence as remote employee.
• Strong Project Management skills, with ability to maintain high-volume of projects and tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent technical skills and working knowledge of CMS, CRM, LMS, eCommerce, and other web-based tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong Customer/Client Support.
• Attention to Detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle login requests, assign learning, assist with annual compliance training, basic navigation of websites.
• Support inquiries via phone, ticketing system, and/or email.
• Handle and resolve tickets in a timely manner.
• Answer incoming phone calls for membership programs.
• Process incoming orders for new memberships, renewals, and add-on services.
• Create and update accounts as necessary.
• Process payments received from accounting department.
• Update daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Conduct online product demos for prospects and existing customers.
• Make mystery shopping calls to evaluate providers as needed.
• Assist with Learning Management System (LMS) tasks.
• Assist with content QA for products.
• Send renewal notices and respond to renewal inquiries.
• Reach out to upcoming expirations.
• Project management tasks for platform migration.
