Job summary

NEPSE Trading is seeking a proactive Membership Coordinator to support and coordinate our membership programs and community initiatives. You will manage delivery timelines, session logistics, and communications for members, facilitators, and speakers.

This global role focuses on ensuring timely follow-ups, accurate records, and smooth operations of live sessions and resources. You will work with the Membership Manager and Director, handle automation improvements, and maintain a robust calendar

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating membership programs and communications.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong coordination between members, facilitators, speakers, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day coordination of membership programs and communications.
• Manage volunteer facilitators and live session logistics.
• Coordinate monthly newsletter and session resources.
• Test all session links, access settings, automations, and resources before launches.
• Provide timely updates on priorities, risks, and next steps.
