Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions is seeking a Membership Administrator to handle enrollment applications, eligibility, and billing while delivering excellent customer service across Individual, Group, Government Programs, COBRA and FSA accounts. The role emphasizes accuracy, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with employers, carriers and vendors.

The position supports a flexible, work-from-home option with location-based pay ranges and opportunities to contribute to a sustainable health care

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 1 year of accounts receivable or customer billing experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Process enrollment applications and eligibility data in line with contracts.
• Review accounts for completeness and coordinate with employers, agents, and carriers.
• Generate, review, and reconcile billings with timely cash processing.
• Provide customer service via written correspondence and phone; make corrections as needed.
• Monitor aged accounts and ensure compliance with guidelines and regulations.
• Audit member cards and coordinate data transfers with CMS and vendors.
• Support team operations through training and clerical tasks.
