Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in B2C subscription or membership-based organizations’ marketing, with a focus on retention and lifecycle marketing.
• Proven track record of improving retention and renewal rates.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred).
• Data-driven mindset with analytics and testing to optimize performance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategy and execute end-to-end lifecycle campaigns across email, web, and digital channels.
• Translate business goals into lifecycle plans and marketing campaigns.
• Own campaign calendars and execution from concept through launch.
• Analyze engagement trends and churn drivers to inform strategy.
• Collaborate with Membership, Product, and Marketing teams.
