American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) is seeking a Senior Manager, Membership Marketing to lead the lifecycle marketing strategy for membership growth, engagement, and retention. You will drive end-to-end campaigns across email, web, and digital channels, partnering with the Membership, Product, and Marketing teams to strengthen member value.

Responsibilities include building scalable lifecycle programs, onboarding, renewal, winback, and personalization, while analyzing engagement

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in B2C subscription or membership marketing.
• Proven track record in improving retention, renewal rates, and reducing churn.
• Strong experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to develop strategy and execute campaigns end-to-end.
• A data-driven mindset, with analytics and testing to optimize performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop the marketing strategy for membership acquisition, engagement, and retention, improving renewal rates.
• Build and optimize scalable lifecycle campaigns: onboarding, engagement, renewal, winback, reactivation.
• Plan and execute integrated campaigns across email, web, and digital channels.
