Job summary

Cambia Health seeks a Membership Administrator I-III, DOE, with work-from-home options within Oregon, Washington, Idaho or Utah. Roles include processing enrollment applications, updating eligibility data, billing and reconciling accounts while delivering responsive member support.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of accounts receivable or customer billing experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Process and maintain enrollment applications, including eligibility data, dates, benefits and member information.
• Review accounts for completeness and coordinate with employers, agents and carriers.
• Generate, review and reconcile billings and ensure timely cash processing.
• Provide customer service via written and phone communications.
• Monitor aged accounts and ensure compliance with guidelines and regulations.
• Coordinate data transfers with CMS, employers and vendors.
• Participate in training and staff backup as needed.
• Support team operations and quality initiatives.
