Job summary

Cambia Health is seeking a Membership Administrator I-III to work from home within Oregon, Washington, Idaho or Utah. You will handle enrollment, eligibility, billing, and service for various programs while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

A detail-oriented approach helps resolve discrepancies and support customer needs. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1 year of AR or billing experience, and the ability to work independently with strong math and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 1 year of accounts receivable or customer billing experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Process and maintain enrollment applications, including eligibility data, benefits, and member information.
• Review accounts for completeness and coordinate with employers, agents, and carriers.
• Generate and reconcile individual and group billings with timely cash processing.
• Provide customer service via written correspondence and phone, making corrections as needed.
• Monitor aged accounts and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Support data transfers with CMS, employers, and vendors.
• Assist with training, testing, and staff backup as needed.
