Job summary

Cambia Health is seeking a Membership Administrator I-III to support enrollment processing, billing, and customer service from home within Oregon, Washington, Idaho or Utah. The role requires attention to detail, math skills, and the ability to work independently across complex billing and eligibility tasks.

Responsibilities include reviewing accounts, pursuing aged balances, and coordinating with employers, agents and carriers to ensure accurate processing and timely payments.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of accounts receivable or customer billing experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Process and maintain enrollment applications, including eligibility data and member information.
• Review accounts for completeness and coordinate with employers, agents, and carriers.
• Generate, review, and reconcile individual and group billings with timely cash processing.
• Provide customer service through written correspondence and phone.
• Monitor and pursue aged accounts and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Audit data transfers with outside entities such as CMS, employers, and vendors.
• Support team operations through training, clerical tasks, and backup.
