Responsibilities

• Process and manage enrollment applications for individuals and groups.
• Conduct communication with employers and subscribers to verify information.
• Execute eligibility and reconciliation tasks accurately and timely.
• Manage member card operations and quality assurance.
• Coordinate data management and system operations.
• Provide operational support, including clerical tasks.
