Job summary

Virtual Teammate is seeking a reliable Member Support & Operations Specialist to be the operational backbone of the member experience. You will own member concerns from start to finish and help onboarding, outreach, and churn signals with context.

You’ll manage support, billing, community events, content library updates, and feedback tracking while keeping processes organized and customers well-supported. This is a full-time, remote role.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and operations experience.
• Able to manage multiple channels (inbox, email, and messaging) with a fast response
• Experience with billing tools and subscription issues is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the member support inbox across Lovable, Wix, and email.
• Triage, respond to, resolve, and route member questions and concerns.
• Handle login, access, account, and membership troubleshooting.
• Maintain a first-response target so members aren’t left waiting more than one business day.
